Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly community that allows a maximum of 2 pets per-residence. Pet rent is $50 per-pet, per-month. There is a one-time, refundable pet fee of $500 per-pet. Pets such as rabbits, turtles, reptiles, birds and hamsters are allowed and count towards the pet maximum per-residence. Fees only apply for cats and dogs. Fish do not count towards the pet maximum, but tanks must not exceed 5 gallons.
There are no weight restrictions but there are breed restrictions including, but not limited to the following breeds or mixes:
Akita, Presa Canario, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinsche, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Rottweiler, Husky, American Husky, Eskimo Husky, Greenland Husky; Siberian Husky, Malamute, Alaskan Malamute Mastiff, Cane Corso, Italian Mastiff, Bull Mastiff, Bernese Mountain Dog,Bernese Cattle Dog, Pit Bull, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, American Bulldog, Saint Bernard, Wolf Hybrid–any Rhodesian Ridgeback, Karelian Bear Dog, Russo-European Laika, any Laika GuardDogs–or any dog trained to attack.
